A Note from the Founder

I started KeeStone Advisory Group (KSAG) after nearly two decades working inside organizations, building systems, leading teams, and navigating the complexity that comes with doing meaningful work at scale.

Over time, I noticed a consistent pattern. Organizations often knew what needed to be done. They had the strategy, the innovation, and the intent. What they frequently lacked, however, is the capacity, structure, and expertise to effectively start and complete the work. This resulted in critical initiatives stalling, day-to-day emergencies replacing long term priorities, and work that had the potential to drive real impact never fully taking hold.

That is the gap KSAG was built to fill, and honestly, it is the reason I felt called to start it.

I partner with organizations to lead and implement complex HR and organizational initiatives, from HRIS implementations and performance management systems to compensation programs and employee engagement strategies. I also support strategic planning and leadership alignment to ensure that work is not only well-defined, but set up to succeed.

At the heart of my approach is a belief I return to again and again: there are no results without the people responsible for delivering them. You cannot separate performance from people, or strategy from execution. The organizations I admire most are the ones that are genuinely intentional about how they operate, how they show up for their teams, and how they hold themselves accountable for what they said they would do.

That is why I am drawn to leaders who are unapologetic about prioritizing their people, building strong cultures, and delivering meaningful outcomes. Leaders who are willing to make hard decisions, have honest conversations, and do the real work of moving their organizations forward.
